I was drinking three beers at the same time. Not picture was a strawberry beer Fruli. That helped cool the fire inside my belly from the Ghost Face Killah. And of course a Certified Evil, cause it is my drink of choice. Gotta love a good beer hall. Krug Park Omaha Nebraska.
I followed the advice of a follower and checked this out at the Bemis today. It was incredible. I got art out of a converted cigarette machine for $5 today.
Tickets purchased. Puscifer on Wednesday night. I am pumped!
I’m trying to get all my friends to go. All my Tumblr Omaha friends should go too.
I was out with a friend last night and I had my favorite Monarch t shirt on. A guy recognizes my shirt and comes up to me and starts going off about VB. We were talking and laughing and geeking out.
My close friends, have not embraced VB like I have and it was great to talk face to face with a fan. I have been working on a Venture Brothers painting and I showed him a close up picture of a finished section and he flipped out. He is actually going to pay me to make him a painting.
The crazy part is that I talked to a friend of mine just the day before and asked about hanging some art in her mom’s gallery.
My friend in the meantime is not listening cause we are talking about a show she has never heard of before. After he left she asked how long I knew that guy. When I had told her that I had just met him; she was a blown away that I struck up a conversation and made friends that quick with someone and that I just met. “Shit like that happens all the time to me,” was my answer.
In summation I had drinks with two different girls last night and this event was the highlight of my night. That and telling him that I have a waiting list for my artwork.
I live in Nebraska and it is January.

Magnet I made that is on display at the Summer Arts Festival. It was a booth set up by the power company.
